RACKING SERVICES

California racking is engineered and permitted — not a catalog order.

We lead with the SoCal differentiators — permit support, structural and seismic engineering, and high-piled storage documentation — then CAD design, professional install, inspections, and reconfiguration as you grow.

SOCAL DIFFERENTIATORS

Permits, seismic, and high-piled storage first.

Permit Services

We support the permit process for your jurisdiction, including the documentation local building and fire departments require.

Structural & Seismic Engineering

Stamped drawings and California seismic calculations, so the system is designed for your loads and your building's seismic requirements.

High-Piled Storage Permitting

High-piled combustible storage triggers additional California fire-code requirements (flue spaces, sprinkler design, signage, access). We design and document to those requirements.

TURNKEY SCOPE

Design through install and beyond.

CAD Design & Warehouse Layout

Flow, aisle widths, and pallet positions planned around your equipment and your SKUs before anything is ordered.

Professional Installation

Install by crews who do this every week, built right and built safe.

Rack Safety Inspections

Inspection of existing racking for damage, overload, and code issues, with a repair/replace plan.

Reconfiguration & Relocation

Tear down, move, and reconfigure existing racking as you grow or relocate.

Custom Fabrication

Non-standard configurations when a stock system will not fit the space or the load.

Common questions

Do you handle engineering and permits?
Yes. California requires engineered, permitted racking installations, including seismic calculations. We provide stamped drawings and support the permit process for your jurisdiction.
What is high-piled storage and does it change my requirements?
High-piled combustible storage is a fire-code category that typically adds flue-space, sprinkler, signage, and access requirements. If your commodity and height put you in that category, the design and permit package must address it — we plan for that from the start.
Do you inspect racking we already own?
Yes. We inspect existing racking for damage, overload, and code issues and can recommend repair, replace, or reconfiguration. Tell us what you have through the design form.

Share square footage, clear height, product type, and goals if you have them. Optional details help — a short form is enough to start. We will follow up from Carson.
