- Who is Big Joe California?
- A family-owned material-handling equipment dealer in Carson, California, serving Southern California since 1968. We sell and support Big Joe, Noblelift, and MiMA equipment, plus service, parts, rentals, racking, training, and financing introductions.
- Is Big Joe the OEM or the dealer?
- Both names appear for a reason. The Big Joe equipment brand traces to an OEM lineage (founded 1951). Big Joe California is the public name of Big Joe Lift Trucks Inc., the Carson dealership (est. 1968) that sells, rents, and services equipment for local customers. This website is the dealer.

- What brands do you sell?
- Big Joe (primary electric warehouse identity), Noblelift (value and breadth), and MiMA (narrow-aisle specialty). Capabilities also include racking/warehouse design, service, parts, rentals, used equipment, operator training, and financing introductions.
- Do you publish equipment prices online?
- Quotes are prepared for your application. List pricing on the site is controlled by an internal policy and may be off by default — use Request a Quote for a real number tied to configuration and availability.
- What is the lead time for MiMA equipment?
- Typical lead time is about 12–16 weeks. Confirm on each quote.
- Do you offer forklift service and parts in Southern California?
- Yes. Service and parts support is a core part of the dealership — not an afterthought to a website cart. Contact us for preventive-maintenance schedules and break-fix needs in territory.
- Do you offer operator training?
- Yes — operator training is part of our services lineup. Ask via the contact form or phone for scheduling.
- Can I rent equipment?
- Rentals are available to bridge downtime, projects, or peak season. See the rentals page or request a quote with dates and capacity needs.
- Do you design pallet racking?
- Yes — selective, drive-in, push-back, pallet flow, cantilever, and mezzanine-style systems, including design/engineering conversations for Southern California facilities. Start at the racking page.
- How do I finance equipment?
- We introduce customers to finance partners. The website collects a contact request only — we do not collect Social Security numbers or bank account numbers on-site.
- What areas do you serve?
- Southern California from our Carson base — including LA County, nearby harbor logistics, and surrounding industrial markets. Call to confirm coverage for your site.
